Aarlight Hospitality Training Institute was born from a deep frustration with the state of hospitality education in India. Students were completing courses, earning certificates, and still entering the industry unprepared — not because they lacked knowledge, but because they lacked identity.

Aarlight's foundation dates back to 2000, shaped through hands-on experience with leading international cruise lines. This exposure placed us in high-pressure, resource-limited, and tightly regulated environments that demanded precision, adaptability, and resilience.

Working alongside professionals from over 70 nationalities shaped our mindset, teaching us how to connect, communicate, and grow across cultures. We developed a deep understanding of global communication, cultural adaptability, and performance excellence.

Beyond training, we actively practice what we teach. We currently own and operate Aama Himalayan Kitchen in Stockholm, Sweden — an establishment known for its warm hospitality, authentic experience, and consistently high service standards.
