Aarty Gurung is the founder of Aarlight Hospitality Training Institute, leading its transformation-focused approach to hospitality training.
Aarty is a hospitality professional with an international background spanning cruise hospitality, social sciences, education, and café management. She began her career in the Food & Beverage department with one of the world's leading cruise lines, where she gained extensive experience in guest service, multicultural teamwork, and delivering world-class hospitality.
